Special Notice
1, This contract shall be applied for commodity house pre-leasing within the municipal administrative area and the house leasing of which the rent can be negotiated in accordance with the marketing principles, excluding the public house leasing with a rent stipulated by the municipal government, in a manner of administrative allocation, non-residential housing for public welfare invested and constructed by the government and private housing leasing which followed the rent standard stipulated by the municipal government before the execution |
